The White Lotus System of Unarmed Combat® represents the product of over 40 years of active development working with over 20,000 individuals.  

 

The goal: create a method of martial preparation that is practical and accessible - one that challenges industry biases and accelerates ordinary people towards their full potential as martial artists. ​

Why the "White Lotus"? It's an old school symbol for purity. Metaphorically, the design and development of the system represents a process of distillation and re-ordering. This has resulted in a product which, when adopted, unlocks a practitioners ability to progress safely and efficiently through martial preparation.
